Just right venue, good value. Check in was early, I loved extremely quiet location and newly remodelled rooms. Location adjacent to a retail park, airport, main shops. The staff made it very enjoyable for me, they were so attentive. Continental breakfast had variety of options, like yoghourt and fresh fruit.

It was a restful experience, good value. Appreciated staff and location. Plus, I was able to park my car nearby. The hotel was in a vibrant area. The venue was placed within 1 km of the airport.

It is pleasant place to stay, the food is fabulous, and location is unbeatable right next to the airport. Brilliant staff, beautifully maintained rooms with the fire alarm and sofa bed plus a brilliant view.

Staff and location were very good and I especially enjoyed that the place was fairly clean. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch. And it was immaculate, the bathroom - gorgeous.

Fine base for 3 nights. We loved breakfast staff and the bed was comfy. Executive king room was with a mini bar fridge, an individual safe and a television with satellite channels. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like the rose garden that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

The view was magnificent! Hotel was just next door to supermarket and the shops. Again, it had St Stephen Church close by.

you can eat at the navigator, which is set 400 metres away from the property. a fine base for exploring southend-on-sea. we enjoyed staying at holiday inn southend.
